The Castlegar & District Community Complex is more than a recreation facility. It’s a place where all members of the community can connect with each other, achieve their health and wellness goals, and enhance their quality of life.

The Complex already provides an excellent facility for sports, recreation and other activities and programs for residents of Castlegar and Areas I and J. Residents have told us that they value the Complex, and want to see it enhanced to provide even better service into the future. The proposed enhancements will revitalize the Complex and provide more opportunities for people at all stages of life to enjoy recreation activities and programs. This will improve quality of life not only for current residents and visitors, but also for people who are thinking of moving to the area.
